Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed within 4-7 business days after payment confirmation.
2. We offer standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners.
3. Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
4. Order Tracking details are sent via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
5. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural events.
6. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery addresses. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address input.

Return / Refund Policy 

1. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
2. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
4. Return Process: Email us with order number, reason for return, and images
5. *Returns will be eligible only with an unpacking video sent to +91 81410 22000 via WhatsApp or mail at support@sourceitright.com with the above terms specified.
6. Items are Non-Returnable if, 
* Fabrics cut as per customer order.
* Fabrics in Sale or clearance items

At SourceItRight, we do not offer refunds. However, customers are eligible for a credit note or an exchange equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us via phone at +91 81410 22000 or email at support@sourceitright.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Unpacking video is a must.

Cancellation Policy 

Changed your mind or placed the wrong order? No worries, we’ve got you covered. 
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, you’ll be eligible for an exchange or a store credit equal to the full order amount.
However, Cut fabrics cannot be cancelled once processed and Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
