Shipping, Cancellation, Return and Refund

Please refer to our delivery, shipping, cancellation, return and refund policy below: 

    1. Cancelling order

    Domestic orders can be cancelled at any time before despatch by sending us an email at support@sourceitright.com. However, if the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order. In that case, the customer will have to refuse to accept the delivery of the shipment, and then our courier partner will cancel the order.

    For international order, cancellation is only possible before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel the order. The customer will have to accept the parcel at the destination country as we do not have any provision to return the order.

    2. While we make sure to deliver the best, we encourage customers to take videos while unwrapping the parcels before claiming for refunds. We entertain returns in case of product damage only.

    3. Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a coupon code for the same amount. We will try our best that you don’t face an issue like this again!

     When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible.

    The return request needs to be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery
    Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
    If the product is customized on your request. 

    Please Note: Products under 2 Meters or bought on Sale are not exchangeable unless defective.

    We do not have a Refund Policy. However, we will be able to give you a credit note or Exchange for the same amount of Purchase Order.

    Source It Right practices a simple and hassle-free Exchange Policy. Customers have to raise a Exchange Request through call or email us at support@sourceitright.com No Exchanges would be acceptable if the Request is not within 24 hours of receiving the product.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Did you place a wrong order or changed your mind? You absolutely have no reasons to freak out because we got you! If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement, you can exchange or avail a store coupon for the same amount.

    Taxes & additional charges on international order 

    Custom charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes and charges applicable at the destination country are to be paid by customers directly to the courier company. In no condition, Sourceitright Private Limited will be responsible for any taxes or charges payable to the destination country. 


    All the returns are subject to the discretion of Sourceitright Pvt Ltd.
