As a precautionary measure we have closed our office, warehouse and studio till 27th March 2020 to encourage social distancing. All the pending & processing orders and return requests will only be attended after 27th March.

In case you have placed a pre-paid order and do not wish to wait for delivery, please get in touch with us and we will issue a 100% refund.

1. When will my order be shipped? (Currently not applicable)
All the orders are shipped within 48 working hours of placement. In case there is any delay in despatch, our support team will keep you updated.
2. What is the delivery time period? (Currently not applicable)
After despatch generally it takes 7 working days to deliver the order. In North East states and Jammu and Kashmir it may take up to 14 working days.
3. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order at anytime send us an email at email@example.com or raise a ticket with us below. Order cancellation will be accepted within 24 working hours. We can cancel your order before it is shipped from our store.
If your order has already been shipped, we can not cancel the order and in that case you will have to refuse to accept the delivery of shipment and then our courier partner will cancel the order.
4. What about refund of canceled order?
There is no case of refund for Cancelled COD order since no payment was made.
If you had placed a prepaid order, 100% amount will be refunded to the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation
5. Can I return a product bought from SourceItRight?
Yes, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product or you are not happy with your purchase you can return the product.
6. When can I return?
Within 7 days of receiving the parcel and the product must be in an unused and undamaged condition with the sticker intact and the original invoice.
7. How to initiate a return?
Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 8141022000 and quote your order ID and return reason. Our team will get in touch within 2 working days and share the return details.
In case of damaged products kindly share the image/video highlighting the damaged area. In the very unlikely event, if you have received fabric less than the ordered meters, kindly share a video measuring the fabric.
8. How to return?
You can courier the parcel to us as per the return details shared with you. In case you want us to pick up the parcel a token reverse shipping fee of ₹ 100 will be deducted from the refund amount except in case of damaged product. It generally takes 3-4 working days for our courier partners to initiate the reverse pick up.
Also in cases where the PINCODE is not serviceable for reverse pick up, customer will have to ship the product back to us.
9. Which products are not eligible for return?
Products bought during sale at discounted prices, from the Cut Piece Shop category, at Wholesale rates and discounted boutique rates.
10. What about refund for returned products?
Once we receive your returned parcel and on satisfactory inspection of the same, our team will contact you to initiate the refund process. Shipping & COD charges if any, will only be refunded in case of damaged product return.
Incase of pre-paid orders refund will be only processed to same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7-10 working days.
11. Anything else?
All the returns are subject to the discretion of Sourceitright Pvt Ltd.
