Ajrakh and Gamathi are hand-block print art forms that originated in Gujarat and Rajasthan, India. Both art forms involve intricate designs and earthy colours, with ajrakh often featuring geometric and floral patterns and gamathi showcasing mostly floral motifs. These prints are created using natural dyes and require skilled artisans who meticulously hand-block print each design onto fabric.
