Return of Domestic Orders:
While we make sure to deliver the best, we encourage customers to take videos while unwrapping the parcels before claiming for refunds. We do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of receipt (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2 meters). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order, within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Please Note: Products under 2 Meters or bought on Sale are not exchangeable unless defective.
We do not have a Refund Policy. However, we will be able to give you a credit note or Exchange for the same amount of Purchase Order.
Taxes and Return of International Orders:
Orders with a delivery location outside India are considered international orders, unconditional to the payment method. We do not accept the return of international orders. In unlikely conditions, if a customer receives a damaged product, the refund will only be for the product cost, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applicable at the destination country are to be paid by customers directly to our courier company. In no condition, Sourceitright Private Limited will be responsible for any taxes payable to the destination country.
Some of our products with natural dye and hand processes tend to colour bleed while washing. Therefore, we request International customers to read details before buying fabric to avoid any issues.
