  1. Dispatch time
    We dispatch Domestic Orders within 48 working hours of order placement.

    International Orders may take up to 72 working hours because of double quality checks and if the courier company requires extra destination-specific documentation. 
  1.  Delivery time

    Domestic orders take up to seven working days to deliver after despatch in a usual scenario. However, in North-East states and Jammu and Kashmir, it may take up to 14 working days. The customer will receive an email update once the courier is shipped.

    International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority courier service and take seven to ten days to deliver after dispatch. However, the delivery period might get extended if the customs at the destination country hold the shipment for any reason. In such a case, FedEx will directly contact the customer for further steps.

    Due to the present scenario of COVID, courier companies are experiencing frequent changes in flight schedules. Hence, we suggest customers consider that there might be a delay in shipment due to factors beyond our control.

  2.  Cancelling order

    Domestic orders can be cancelled at any time before despatch by sending us an email at support@sourceitright.com. However, if the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order. In that case, the customer will have to refuse to accept the delivery of the shipment, and then our courier partner will cancel the order.

    For international order, cancellation is only possible before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel the order. The customer will have to accept the parcel at the destination country as we do not have any provision to return the order.

  3. While we make sure to deliver the best, we encourage customers to take videos while unwrapping the parcels before claiming for refunds. We do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of receipt (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2 meters). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order, within 3 days from the date of receipt.

    Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a coupon code for the same amount. We will try our best that you don’t face an issue like this again!

  4. Taxes & additional charges on international order

    Custom charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes and charges applicable at the destination country are to be paid by customers directly to the courier company. In no condition, Sourceitright Private Limited will be responsible for any taxes or charges payable to the destination country. 

All the returns are subject to the discretion of Sourceitright Pvt Ltd.
