Slubs created by weaving with fibers of uneven width also. The overall effect of the fabric has rough and uneven texture. Delivery is free on all orders above ₹1299/- within India. For international orders, shipping charges calculates dynamically based on actual weight at the checkout page. Generally, we dispatch orders within 48 working hours.
Return of Domestic Orders:
All products except for the products bought at discounted and bulk prices are eligible for return. The customer must raise a return request within seven days of delivery, failing which return will not be accepted.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the customer wants us to arrange a reverse pick up, a token charge of ₹100 is applicable. Reverse pickup is subject to PINCODE serviceability by our courier partner.
Taxes and Return of International Orders:
Orders with a delivery location outside India are considered international orders, unconditional to the payment method. We do not accept the return of international orders. In unlikely conditions, if a customer receives a damaged product, the refund will only be for the product cost, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applicable at the destination country are to be paid by customers directly to our courier company. In no condition, Sourceitright Private Limited will be responsible for any taxes payable to the destination country.
Some of our products with natural dye and hand processes tend to colour bleed while washing. Therefore, we request International customers to read details before buying fabric to avoid any issues.
